Shipping information.
Review the shipping options, charges and estimated timing provided by the store at checkout. Contact the team with your order number for help with an existing shipment.
Returns and cancellations.
The current Oral Drops product listing states that sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not offered after an order ships. If you need to request a cancellation or report an order problem, contact the team promptly. A change is not confirmed until the team responds.
Direct-to-patient orders.
The practitioner program describes direct shipping with shipping costs paid by the practice. Confirm the recipient details and applicable terms with the team before ordering.
