Standard Daily Oral Goal 1 mL per day, which is approximately 20 drops.

A common schedule is 20 drops before bedtime.  If it makes you tired you can take it earlier in the day.

Or you can split the dosing:

  • 10 drops about 1 hour after breakfast
  • 10 drops about 1 hour after dinner

Taking MineralsRx away from dietary fats may support more predictable mineral behavior.

Note:
1 mL is approximately 20 drops.

Not everyone tolerates all 20. Your ideal amount is whatever you handle comfortably.  For most individuals, greater consistency and working toward the upper tolerated range tends to provide a more noticeable general wellness effect.

How to Begin Your Dose

  • Start Low

Begin with a small amount to assess your tolerance.
Stay at each dose level for at least 2 days before increasing.

  • Increase Slowly

Increase by 1–2 drops per day as long as you feel comfortable.

Children’s Dosing

  • Pre-puberty: 10 drops per day
  • Toddlers: 5 drops per day

Children should also start low and work up gradually.

  • If You Are Highly Sensitive

    • Start with 1 drop in water once daily
    • Increase by 1 drop every 2 days
    • Once you reach 4 or more drops, divide into morning and evening
    • Continue increasing slowly until you reach your ideal level
  • If Symptoms Increase

    If discomfort appears after increasing:

    • Return to the last dose you tolerated well
    • Stay there until stable
    • Attempt a slower increase when ready

Nebulized Solution

Some individuals choose to use a nebulized version of the formula based on personal preference.

Typical Daily Patterns

  • If you are already taking the oral dose, use 8 to 10 drops, once or twice daily.
  • If you are using the nebulized method as your primary method, use up to 20 drops total per day.

Turn off the nebulizer between puffs to conserve solution and avoid continuous inhalation.

Nebulized use is optional and may be used alone or alongside oral dosing, depending on preference.

Supplement Guidance While Using MineralsRx

Methylated multivitamins

Probiotic

Methylated multivitamins and probiotics (the Core 2) are considered foundational and supportive for many individuals and are recommended to take alongside MineralsRx.

Important Reset Period

Most people are currently taking far more supplements than their body needs, sometimes 20 to 30 at once. This can overwhelm the system and mask the benefits of MineralsRx.

To clearly understand how your body responds, it is strongly recommended that you discontinue all nonessential supplements for at least the first three months while using MineralsRx.

This reset period helps prevent interference and allows you to accurately assess what is truly supporting your health.

Adding Supplements Later

After the initial three month period, you may consider adding supplements back slowly only if they are truly necessary.

  • Optional Add-Ons (Only Add 1 to 3)

    • Vitamin D (if deficient)
    • Omega-3
    • NAC or liposomal glutathione
    • CoQ10 (ubiquinol)
    • Melatonin or glycine
    • Digestive enzymes
    • Lugol’s iodine (guided use only)
    • MSM
  • Guiding Rule For Adding Supplements After the Reset Period

    • Start with the Core 2
    • Add no more than 1 to 3 supplements total
    • Only add supplements you cannot function without
    • Introduce one at a time
    • Avoid supplement stacking without a clear reason

The goal is to let MineralsRx do its work without competition or confusion.

  • Timing Note

Take supplements 1–2 hours away from MineralsRx.
