Due to the nature of our formulations and quality control standards, all products are non-returnable once purchased. This policy applies to all orders, including but not limited to:

• First-time purchases
• Promotional or discounted items

We do not issue refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with results
• Changes in personal health, preferences, or circumstances
• Failure to read product descriptions or usage guidance
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting mineralsrx.team@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If verified, we may issue a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided.
